Since 2009, I’ve specialized in personnel selection, talent identification, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and training and development. As one of the few practitioners of Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, I’m passionate about applying statistical principles, psychometrics, and data analysis to solve real-world workplace challenges. With a focus on measuring individual differences as they relate to job performance, I thrive on developing evidence-based interventions that enhance both organizational outcomes and individual lives.
I hold a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology—a discipline rooted in applying psychology to the workplace. Before earning my degree, I worked as an admissions representative for several major U.S. colleges, helping hundreds of individuals explore and launch new careers. I’ve also worked “in the trenches” in sales, including automotive and inside sales with Trulia/Zillow, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges employees and organizations face on the ground. My certifications include SHL International (CEB) in Personality and Ability Assessment, Work Profiling, and Competency Design. “How do you charge?”
Fairly! I allow the market to determine my rates based on the US Department of Labor open-source data. I charge the US hourly median average rate for Industrial and Organizational Psychology practitioners. I always prorate hours and never round up. Other charges may include the cost of any tools or assessments. Most often, this cost is lower than going to publishers directly. Project rates are also available for more extensive human capital solutions if there are unknown times/efforts to provide solutions.
