Predictive Solutions Ltd Terms of Service
II. METHOD OF COMMUNICATION
All communication will be conducted virtually unless the client is located in the Denver Metro area. Predictive Solutions uses Google Meet; all testing and assessment administration will be conducted online. Telephone calls are also used, but meetings are recommended in the client’s interest.
III. PRACTICE OF INDUSTRIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY
Your Career Consultant practices Industrial and Organizational Psychology, also known as applied psychology in the workplace. Your Career Consultant is not a licensed clinician and does not diagnose any psychological disorders. Simultaneously, your consultant is not trained to diagnose any physical or mental disabilities that may inhibit career or employment opportunities. Predictive Solutions is not a recruitment firm, and we cannot guarantee future employment opportunities. By joining the program, the Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to complete the provided training to advance their career and that factors such as a criminal history may affect their ability to secure gainful employment. If you have concerns regarding your work history, criminal background, or any other matter, please discuss them with your consultant before signing this agreement. Predictive Solutions Ltd. business hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, and appointments for Client consultations are available for existing Clients from 9am to 12 pm on Saturdays. All one-on-one consultations are subject to scheduling availability. Any missed appointments with your consultant will be rescheduled at the earliest available time.
VII. Confidentiality
Client acknowledges that the Career Consultant may have access to personal and private information, including phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses. The Client may take assessments to include personal values, interests, motivation, and personality. Predictive Solutions will keep all Client information confidential and will not resell it. Client further acknowledges that Predictive Solutions uses third-party assessment publishers and vendors to assist in the Client’s job search and to administer assessments. Limited personal Client information must be provided to our vendors to set up your job search tools and to administer assessments. These vendors may have additional confidentiality agreements in place at the time of service administration.

VIII. ONGOING SUPPORT AND COUNSEL
Individual career consulting is provided for any aspect of the Client’s job search, as requested by the Client and scheduled by appointment. Ongoing support is the most essential part of our service. No client is expected to understand our entire approach in a single meeting. With that in mind, Predictive Solutions ltd. budgets time and other resources on your behalf to assist you throughout your campaign. While we make every reasonable effort to stay in touch, it is your responsibility to communicate the need for further help and attend appointments. After the expiration of your agreement with us, you will have access to personal consulting, billed on an hourly basis. The hourly rate will be the prevailing rate at the time the service is requested, based on the ONET database’s national median wage.
XI. DURATION OF AGREEMENT
This is a self-paced program. The Client may take as much time as necessary to complete any psychometric or to schedule consultations agreed upon in this document. Optional access to the hidden job market will be provided on a monthly subscription basis.
XII. CLIENT UNDERSTANDING
You understand that you are responsible for all direct contact with employers, including applying for positions, securing and scheduling interviews, and making telephone follow-up calls.
Client assessment results are assumed to be valid unless invalidated by your consultant. On occasion, the Client may be asked to re-take an assessment. All related consultations regarding assessment results are evidence-based, and any suggestions made to the Client for implementing assessment results in a career choice or career development are strictly the Client’s responsibility to implement. You acknowledge that the Consultant has no control over the implementation of suggestions or recommendations in this program, including job searching, interviewing, or salary negotiations. The Client takes full accountability for their own career choices. You also acknowledge that no verbal or written promise or guarantee of any job or employment is made or implied under the terms of this agreement.
REFUND POLICY
Any cancellations of the program must be in writing. Please send to
[email protected]. All refunds related to your program are subject to adjustment or proration based on the number of meetings or hours your consultant spent with you. For example, suppose you use three of the eight hours of consultation time and fail to attend or cancel the program (failure to perform). In that case, you will be prorated for the remaining five hourly sessions at the prevailing rate at the time, based on the ONET database’s national median wage. You understand that there will be no refunds for the cost of the assessment or for the online, unpublished job market access granted. Once an assessment has been administered to the client, these services are non-refundable to the consultant. who purchases through publishers. The Consultant therefore, cannot return a “used” assessment for a refund.
IX. WARRANTY OF SATISFACTION
All consulting and creative work that the firm provides shall, upon presentation, be to your satisfaction. If not, services will be provided to the client at no additional cost. Furthermore, if you consistently implement our recommendations but do not achieve satisfactory results, the firm will, at no additional cost, repeat the requested creative and consulting services. Creative services include assistance with updating your resume (we do not conduct full resume rewrites), developing interviewing skills, social media branding, and guidance on using the ONET database.
