Here is the personalized career change package we discussed. Please let me know if you anything is missing or if you have any questions.

This package includes the following:

• Administration of the Self-Directed Search and PDF copy of the “SDS Client Report”
• 5 one-hour consultations to be used at your discretion.
• 1 month access to the Predictive Solutions self-paced Learning Management Service (LMS). Clients can communicate (ask questions and make comments) with their consultant inside the LMS for 30 days. Course content will include:
  • Introduction to the Predictive Solutions Learning Program
  • Understanding Your NEO Big Five Personality Results (domain and facet level interpretation)
  • The Benefits of Using the ONET Database
  • Introduction to Career Changes
• Resume assistance to include updating your KSAO’s. Note that I do not conduct full resume re-writes.
