Clients work directly with an Industrial and Organizational Psychology Practitioner and trained psychometrician.

- Two 45-minute virtual consultations to discuss the domain-level results as it relates to your career goals. Includes intercorrelation interpretation (ask for details).
- 30-days of access to the interactive Adobe Learning Management Platform with the Course “Understanding your NEO Personality Results”. Includes detailed content related to ones personality scores and why your scores matter. This platform helps clients apply natural traits to career goals and learn their innate human capital worth. Clients can communicate (ask questions and make comments) with their consultant inside the LMS for 30 days.
